Wheat Flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin) Water,Rapeseed Oil,Yeast,Salt,Flour Treatment agent (E300)
Preparation
Directions For Use : Take out from freezer. Defrost over night(at least 12 hours) in a refrigerator covered with a clean cloth or cling wrap to prevent drying out. Remove 2 hours prior to use, bring up to room temperature, allow to double in size. Refrigerate to keep stable prior to processing. To process: Either hand stretch or roll out using a rolling pin to your required size. Place in a pre-oiled pizza pan and top with ingredients as required. If unsure consult with sauce manufacturer and cheese supplier. After topping, bake until cheese is golden brown and a minimum core temperature of the base has reached 96C.
