Preparation
Approximate Yield Guide Overall pack yield - 21.5kg (20 litres) Jelly Crystals - 100g / Boiling Water - 230ml / Cold Water - 285ml / To Make - 568ml. Jelly Crystals - 175g / Boiling Water - 400ml / Cold Water - 500ml / To Make - 1 Litre. Jelly Crystals - Whole bag (3.5kg) / Boiling Water - 7 Litres/ Cold Water - 11 Litres/ To Make - 20 Litres. Make-up instructions 1. Dissolve the jelly crystals in the boiling water 2. Stir well until completely dissolved 3. Add the cold water and stir well 4. Pour into moist moulds and leave to set in a refrigerator NB: Adding pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting. Made up jelly is best stored in a refrigerator below 5?C and eaten within 48 hours. Hints & Tips ? Add yogurt to create a panna cotta style dessert, which then also benefits from added calcium. ? For a quick set jelly, add some ice cubes instead of cold water after you?ve dissolved the crystals. ? For a refreshing treat, add sparkling water for a jelly with a fizz. Storage Instructions : Store in a cool dry place. Keep bag tightly closed after part use.
