Company Pension Scheme
Planning for your future can begin at any age, which is why you’ll be automatically enrolled in the Aviva Pension Scheme. Once eligible, a combined percentage of your salary-contributed by both you and the company-will be added to your pension pot each month. We have also introduced Salary Exchange as a further employee benefit. You will pay less National Insurance and as a result, your take home pay increases. We also use Corinthian Benefits Consulting Ltd who are able to provide you with financial advise.
Life Assurance*
We will provide free life assurance for all permanent members of staff after 6 months service. This will payout 4 times your salary to your nominated person in the event you die whilst in our employment.

Annual Leave
We will give all our full time staff 22 days plus Bank Holidays per year to help you plan your downtime. You can request annual leave via our portal Edays.
Flexible Working
We welcome any flexible working requests from our employees. Having met with you to understand what you are hoping to achieve, we will respond to your request within 2 months on whether we can accommodate your requirement whilst at the same time, ensuring business needs can still be maintained. Please note that the flexibility may depend on your role and its specific requirements.
